When it comes to things that aren't of UBER importance, it's OK to push yourself (in spurts).....but if you make yourself keep the steam on too long then you burn out. (That's true of Japanese studying, too. I think the trick is to stay tapped in to whatever motivates you.......rather than trying to drive for miles on empty.) Yup yup yup.
